ジュニアジャパンボウルのご案内
明日４月２6日（金）に開催されます第８回ジュニアジャパンボウルについて下記の通りご案内申し上げます。
全米１０州より５００名以上の小中学生が日本語・日本文化の知識をオンラインにて競います。大会の様子は、YouTubeにて配信されます。J-LEARNメンバーがYouTubeのChatにてお待ちしておりますのでぜひご声援をお願いいたします。
日時：４月２６日（金）
レベル１（小学校１年ー３年生）：東部時間午後５時３０分ー６時３０分
レベル２（小学校４年ー６年生）：東部時間午後６時４５分ー７時４５分
レベル３（中学校７年ー８年生）：東部時間午後８時００分ー９時
形式：Zoomによるオンラインでの大会を YouTubeにてライブ配信

Invitation to the 8th National Junior Japan Bowl
Dear Esteemed teachers,
It is with great pleasure that we extend an invitation to the distinguished 8th Annual Junior Japan Bowl, which will be broadcast live on Friday, April 26th.
Anticipate a captivating showcase as over 500 students, spanning Grades 1 through 8 and representing ten states, exhibit their mastery of the Japanese language and profound understanding of Japanese history and culture, all within the engaging setting of a quiz bowl format.
Date: Friday, April 26, 2024
Session Schedule:
Level 1 (Grades 1-3): 5:30-6:30 PM Eastern Time
Level 2 (Grades 4-6): 6:45-7:45 PM Eastern Time
Level 3 (Grades 7-8): 8:00-9:00 PM Eastern Time
Format: Live-streamed digital competition on YouTube LIVE
Digital Program: Access the Digital Program to view remarks and student names.
Themes: Linguistics, Geopolitics, Historical Narratives (14th-19th centuries), Traditional Artistry, and Cultural Significance
Results: The official announcement on the J-LEARN website is scheduled for April 29th.
This growing event owes its existence to the unwavering support of respected patrons such as the Japan Commerce Association of Washington D.C., the Japan-America Society of Washington D.C., the Japan Foundation LA, the Embassy of Japan, and Japanese corporations and organizations.
