ソノマ州立大学主催の「日本語スピーチコンテスト」
ソノマ州立大学主催の「日本語スピーチコンテスト」が今年も開催されます！
本大会は、日本の小丸交通財団が主催するもので、日本語の能力を切磋琢磨しながら、文化を分かち合い、国際的な関係を築く機会です。日本語スピーチコンテストは、10月29日（火）午後3時から5時まで、ソノマ州立大学で開催されます。

参加申し込みは、10月6日までとなっております。
参加資格
15歳以上で、日本に1年以上滞在していないこと。言語レベルは問いませんが、スピーチは日本語で行う必要があります。

入賞者には賞品が、参加者全員に賞状が授与されます。
10月29日の「日本語スピーチコンテスト」は一般公開されます。

I am reaching out today to share that Sonoma State University is hosting the Japanese Language Speech Competition again this year! Sponsored by the Komaru-Koutsu Foundation in Japan, this is an opportunity for folks to utilize their Japanese language skills in a friendly competition while sharing culture and building international relationships. The Japanese Language Speech Competition is being held on the SSU campus on Tuesday, October 29 from 3:00-5:00 PM. I am hoping you will share this opportunity with faculty, colleagues, students, and community members who may be interested in participating and help spread the word. Applications to participate are due October 6!
Eligibility: Contestants must be 15 years old and older and have not stayed in Japan for more than one year. Participants of all language levels are invited to compete, though the given speech must be performed completely in Japanese. For more information and to apply, visit our Submission Page. Winners of the competition will receive a prize and all participants will receive a certificate.
The event on October 29 is open to the public and you are of course invited to join us!
