Youth Program class instructor at Sakura Gakuen, Sacramento
Sakura Gakuen Japanese Language School is seeking an in-person Beginning Youth Program class instructor for the 2023-2024 school year. Classes are held on Saturdays from 9am to 11am in Sacramento. The fall semester begins this Saturday, September 9, 2023. The school is hiring immediately. The fall semester is a 16-week session, with the spring semester following thereafter.
The Beginning class introduces Japanese language, writing, reading, and culture.
Qualifications:
Native Japanese Speaker
Post-secondary education (BA)
Teaching experience
School year schedule: September – May (2 plus year commitment preferred)
Green card , working visa, or US citizenship

Sakura Gakuen Japanese Language School is a nonprofit school that teaches not only the language but the culture and tradition of Japan. Our mission is to provide excellent Japanese language education for children and adults of diverse backgrounds. All are welcome to learn Japanese in a small class setting.
